Position-Wise Professional Profile
Manager Curriculum Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) – PPS-08
This role is intended for professionals with expertise in curriculum design, educational quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation systems, accreditation frameworks, and technology-focused learning initiatives.
Applicants should possess at least 16 years of education in ICT, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, Education Policy, Human Resource Development, Management Sciences, or another closely related discipline. Preference may be given to candidates holding 18 years of education and certifications in curriculum development, M&E systems, EdTech integration, or quality assurance.
A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring and evaluation, education policy, or skill development projects is required.

Manager Procurement – PPS-08
The procurement position requires professionals capable of managing end-to-end public procurement activities under government-funded or donor-funded development projects.
Candidates should have at least 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant discipline. Applicants possessing Master’s, MBA, or MS qualifications with procurement-related certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or PPRA training may receive preference.
The advertisement requires five years of relevant post-qualification experience, particularly involving procurement planning, contract management, vendor coordination, PPRA compliance, and PSDP or ADP-funded projects.
