Position-Wise Recruitment Details

PERA has announced vacancies in two management categories. Both positions require prior service in recognized law enforcement institutions, while candidates having experience in premier intelligence organizations will be given preference where applicable.

Deputy Manager (Internal Affairs)

  • Scale: SPPP-4
  • Vacancies: 38
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HSSC from a recognized educational institution
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Armed Forces, Police, or any other Law Enforcement Agency
  • Salary: Up to Rs. 200,000 per month

Assistant Manager (Internal Affairs)

  • Scale: SPPP-5

  • Qualification: HSSC or equivalent

  • Salary: Up to Rs. 150,000 per month
  • Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance and other approved benefits

Recruitment Focus

These appointments are intended for professionals with operational field experience rather than routine office-based backgrounds. The selected officers will contribute to internal oversight, regulatory enforcement, and operational accountability at the district level.

Preference will be available to applicants who have served in premier intelligence organizations; however, recruitment will remain merit-based and subject to verification of all credentials.

Pay Package and Service Benefits

The offered salary reflects the operational responsibilities attached to these positions. Deputy Managers may receive remuneration of up to Rs. 200,000 per month, while Assistant Managers may receive up to Rs. 150,000 per month.

In addition to the monthly salary, selected employees will also receive fuel facilities and other benefits approved by the authority under the applicable contractual service regulations.
